Messaging Data Privacy
ProjEvo provides two-way conversational messaging that serves as a business phone and inbox replacement within existing business relationships. ProjEvo does not operate messaging programs, does not send messages to end users on behalf of customers, and does not manage consent or communication preferences for customers.
3.1 Messaging Data We Process
To facilitate messaging we process phone numbers of parties to a conversation, message content for delivery and display, and timestamps and delivery status.
3.2 Sharing
We share messaging data only with Twilio (our messaging infrastructure provider) and mobile carriers to deliver messages. We do not sell, rent or share phone numbers or message content with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not share mobile numbers with affiliates or third parties for advertising.
3.3 Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for managing communication relationships with their clients. Questions about a specific business's messaging practices should be directed to that business. See our SMS & Messaging Policy.

Messaging data is retained for the duration of your subscription and a reasonable period thereafter unless earlier deletion is requested. ProjEvo does not retain messaging data for marketing or profiling.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure access controls and authentication, regular monitoring and assessments, and staff training. Certain sensitive fields, such as tax identifiers, are encrypted at the application level. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
Google User Data and Google Account Integration
ProjEvo offers an optional Meetings feature that lets an account owner connect their Google Account so ProjEvo can automatically generate Google Meet video links for meetings scheduled in the platform. This section explains how ProjEvo accesses, uses, stores, shares and protects data obtained through Google APIs, and supplements the rest of this Policy. The integration is optional — if you do not connect a Google Account, none of the data described below is accessed.
12.1 Google Data We Access
When you connect your Google Account, ProjEvo requests only the minimum Google OAuth scopes needed for the feature:
.../auth/calendar.events— to create, update and delete the calendar events ProjEvo generates on your behalf so a Google Meet link can be attached to a meeting you schedule in ProjEvo.openid, emailandprofile— to identify the connected Google Account (its email address and name) so we can show you which account is linked.
We do not request access to read your existing calendar entries, your contacts, Gmail, Google Drive, or your Google Meet recordings or transcripts.
12.2 How We Use Google Data
We use this access solely to create, update or delete the calendar event and its associated Google Meet link when you schedule, reschedule or cancel a meeting in ProjEvo, and to display the connected account's email address and name in your settings so you know which account is linked. We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, profiling, credit or lending decisions, or to train, develop or improve any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We use Google user data only to provide and improve these user-facing Meetings features.
12.3 How We Store Google Data
So the feature works without asking you to re-authorize before every meeting, ProjEvo stores your Google OAuth access and refresh tokens encrypted at rest (used only to create and manage the meetings you request), the email address and name of the connected Google Account, and the event identifier and Google Meet link of each event ProjEvo creates. ProjEvo does not download, copy or store the contents of your Google Calendar. The meeting title, description, time and any attendee email address you enter in ProjEvo are sent to Google in order to create the event, and stored as part of your own meeting record within the platform.
12.4 How We Share Google Data
We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share, transfer or disclose it to third parties except (a) to Google's own APIs as necessary to create and manage the meetings you request, (b) to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, or (c) as otherwise described in the "Information Sharing and Disclosure" section above. We do not share Google user data with data brokers or advertising networks, or for any advertising purpose.
12.5 Limited Use
ProjEvo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
12.6 Retention, Revoking Access and Deletion
You can disconnect the Google integration at any time from your ProjEvo Meetings settings, which removes the stored Google tokens from ProjEvo and stops all further access to your Google Account. You may also revoke ProjEvo's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Calendar events and Meet links ProjEvo previously created are removed from your Google Calendar when you delete the corresponding meeting in ProjEvo. To request deletion of any remaining data associated with your account, contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section.
12.7 Security
We protect Google user data using the safeguards described in the "Data Security" section, including encryption in transit and at rest (OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest), access scoped to the minimum calendar.events permission, and strict access controls.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and settings, authenticate users and prevent fraud, and analyze traffic and usage. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may affect functionality.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy and updating the "Effective" date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
