The basics
- What is ProjEvo?
- ProjEvo is an all-in-one platform for solopreneurs, freelancers and agencies. It combines projects, billing, contracts and proposals, support and live chat with AI, team chat, hosting management, domains, the WordPress connector, automations and a fully branded client portal — so you can replace your whole stack with one tool and one bill.
- What does ProjEvo replace?
- Most teams replace eight to twelve subscriptions, including project tools (Asana, Monday), invoicing and proposals (QuickBooks, PandaDoc, Bonsai), help desks and live chat (Zendesk, Intercom), a WordPress manager (ManageWP, MainWP), design feedback (BugHerd), scheduling (Calendly), automations (Zapier) and a chat app (Slack).
- Who is ProjEvo for?
- Agencies, freelancers and solopreneurs who run client work and would rather do the work than juggle a pile of tools. You can switch on only the modules you need and grow into the rest.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every plan starts with a free trial so you can set up your workspace and invite clients before you pay. No work is needed up front to evaluate the platform.
Branding & your clients
- Is ProjEvo really white-label?
- Yes. Clients log into a branded portal on your own domain, with your logo and colours applied before the first paint, and the optional "Powered by ProjEvo" credit can be toggled off entirely on supported plans. Invoices, contracts, the WordPress connector and the live chat widget all carry your brand, not ours.
- Can my whole team and my clients use it?
- Yes. Granular roles separate platform staff, your team and your clients, so internal work stays private while clients see exactly what they should in their branded portal.
Money & payments
- Can I bring my own Stripe and PayPal?
- Yes. You connect your own Stripe and PayPal accounts, so payments and payouts go directly to you and you keep your processing rates. ProjEvo handles the invoicing, subscriptions, contracts and the client wallet around them.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Subscription and add-on fees are non-refundable — that is what the free trial is for. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Will my price ever change?
- Plans scale by seats, storage, AI credits and WordPress connections, and every plan includes every product. Founders Club members lock in up to 35% off for life, grandfathered against future price changes.
Hosting, domains & WordPress
- Does ProjEvo host my clients’ websites?
- No — ProjEvo is software, not a web host. The hosting module connects to your own Plesk or cPanel servers so you can provision, bill and manage client hosting from one place, with clients self-managing in your branded portal. LaunchPad provides staging environments for building and review.
- Can I manage WordPress sites?
- Yes. Connect any WordPress site through a connector branded as yours to handle one-click login, updates, security scans, and scheduled backups to your own storage (Cloudflare R2, S3, Backblaze, Wasabi, DigitalOcean), with one-click restore.
- What is LaunchPad?
- LaunchPad is an add-on that spins up private, branded staging environments for any stack — static, PHP, MySQL/Postgres, Laravel + Vue and WordPress — behind a branded auth gate, on your own domain, with git-push deploys.
AI & messaging
- How does the AI work and how is it billed?
- AI is woven through the platform — briefings, proposals, live chat, task breakdown and more. Every plan includes a monthly AI credit grant; you can top up with one-time Boost packs that stack and never expire. Prefer your own provider? Bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter keys and use no ProjEvo credits.
- How does messaging work?
- ProjEvo offers two-way conversational SMS and voice (powered by Twilio) for talking with your clients within an existing business relationship. It is not for marketing blasts or bulk messaging. See our SMS & Messaging Policy.
Security, data & support
- Is my data secure?
- We encrypt data in transit and at rest, use secure access controls, and encrypt certain sensitive fields at the application level. For business customers we offer a Data Processing Addendum covering our role as a processor and our subprocessors.

Founders Club
- What is the Founders Club?
- A limited group of early agencies and solopreneurs who lock in founder pricing for life, get early access to new features and help shape the roadmap. Seats are limited and the club closes once they are gone.
