This SMS & Messaging Policy describes how ProjEvo LLC ("ProjEvo," "we," "our," or "us") uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) to communicate with users who have opted in to receive messages. By opting in, you agree to the terms outlined here.
Our messaging features are designed exclusively for account-related communications within existing business relationships — not for marketing or promotional purposes.
Types of Messages
When you opt in, you may receive:
- Login Verification Codes: one-time passcodes for secure authentication and two-factor verification
- Account Notifications: updates about account status, security alerts and system notifications
- Support Updates: responses to support tickets and resolution notifications
- Billing Alerts: payment confirmations, renewal reminders and invoice notifications
ProjEvo does not send marketing messages, promotional offers, advertising or bulk communications via SMS.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity — logins, support interactions, billing events and active project communications. You will only receive messages directly related to your use of ProjEvo: verification codes when you log in or perform a sensitive action; account notifications as needed; support updates in response to your requests; and billing alerts at the time of billing events.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message from ProjEvo. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.
- Account Settings: update your communication preferences in your profile.
- Contact Support: email security [at] projevo [dot] io to request removal.
Opting out of SMS may affect your ability to receive important security messages, such as login verification codes.

Rates and Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. ProjEvo does not charge for sending or receiving texts, but your carrier may apply standard rates. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
Data Privacy and Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or messaging data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your number and messaging data are shared only with Twilio (our messaging infrastructure provider) and mobile carriers, as necessary to deliver messages. All messaging data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Consent and Opt-In
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box during registration, you expressly consent to receive the text messages described in this policy. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from ProjEvo. You may revoke consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions in Section 3.
Supported Carriers
ProjEvo messaging is supported on most major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and many regional carriers. Carrier support may vary and is not guaranteed, and some carriers may limit certain message types.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a revised "Effective" date. Continued use of our messaging service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
