Refund Policy

Subscription fees and add-on charges for the ProjEvo platform are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or features you choose not to use, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Every plan includes a free trial so you can evaluate ProjEvo before being charged. We encourage you to use the trial period to confirm the platform fits your needs. By starting a paid subscription after the trial, you acknowledge this Refund Policy.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling does not generate a refund of fees already paid for the current period.

Annual subscriptions are paid in advance for the year and are non-refundable, including if you cancel before the end of the term. You retain access for the remainder of the paid term.

Add-ons (such as extra seats, storage, WordPress connections or AI Boost credit packs) are non-refundable. Purchased AI Boost credits do not expire and roll over, but are not redeemable for cash.

Payments you process to your own clients through Stripe or PayPal, domain registrations, and charges from your own connected providers are governed by those providers and are not controlled by ProjEvo. This Refund Policy covers ProjEvo subscription and add-on fees only.
